1. Service and parties

HEVU is Windows and macOS software for shading businesses, with connected online services. The provider is the HEVU operator identified in the Legal Notice and order confirmation; contact: info@hevu.eu. The customer is the business named in the registration or order. The person accepting confirms authority to represent that business.

2. Licence and access

The accepted subscription and purchased seats grant a limited, non-exclusive right to use HEVU. Ownership of the code and brand does not transfer. You are responsible for account security and your staff's permissions. Bypassing access controls, accessing another customer's data or reselling the software without authorisation is prohibited.

3. Price, trial and cancellation

The new Paddle offer is a 14-day free trial, then HUF 15,000 per user per month excluding applicable VAT. A payment method is required. In other currencies, the amount accepted at checkout applies; later website exchange-rate changes do not themselves change the contracted fee. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, the paid subscription begins and renews monthly. Paddle acts as reseller and handles payment and billing. Cancel through its customer portal, normally effective at the end of the paid period. Refunds are a separate request governed by Paddle's terms; mandatory consumer and faulty-supply remedies remain available. Existing contracts purchased through other channels do not change automatically. The accepted price and trial of an existing subscription, including a Paddle subscription, do not change automatically because of this new offer.

4. Calculations and professional checks

HEVU supports your work; it is not an independent designer, engineer, accountant or legal adviser. Before sending, ordering or manufacturing, check totals, price lists, multipliers, discounts, VAT, currency, exchange rates, measurements, quantities, motors, colours and drawings. A qualified professional must check site measurements, manufacturer requirements, loads and safety. The business approving the final customer quotation remains responsible for that quotation and its manufacturing commitments.
You use HEVU at your own business risk. You must check and approve calculations and draft quotations before using them. Without review, they must not be used as binding quotations, orders or manufacturing instructions. This is subject to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

5. Inputs and documents

You are responsible for lawful, accurate and current entered or imported data. Automatic recognition, translation and suggestions may be wrong and require review before use. You retain rights in your prices, content and quotations. External sharing requires your authority and approval.

6. Data and availability

The HEVU workspace is stored encrypted on your computer. Online functions may transmit the data they need, as explained in the privacy notice and data processing agreement. You must maintain your own backups and exports. Unless separately agreed in writing, there is no specific uptime or recovery SLA; the provider operates with reasonable professional care and addresses reported faults.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted in business contracts, we are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect or outdated customer inputs, unchecked quotations or disregard of manufacturer requirements, insofar as those losses do not result from the provider's culpable contractual breach. Within that permitted scope, lost profits and indirect or consequential business losses are excluded. Aggregate damages payable by the provider are capped at the net fees actually paid for the affected HEVU subscription in the 12 months before the loss event. The cap does not apply to intentional breach, injury to life, body or health, or any liability or remedy that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited. Mandatory data-subject rights are also unaffected.

8. Faults, termination and changes

Report faults to info@hevu.eu or HEVU support. We do not exclude mandatory liability for defective supply. Serious abuse may lead to a necessary and proportionate restriction; where reasonable and lawful, notice and an opportunity to resolve the matter are provided. Export your data before access ends. Material changes require advance notice; new wording alone does not rewrite existing contracts or acceptance records.

9. Law and language

Hungarian law applies without overriding mandatory international or local rules. We first seek a written resolution of disputes, followed by the court competent under applicable law if needed. The priority of the Hungarian version does not remove mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.
